### Overview

This website is operated by Antalia Inc., trading as Antalia Wholesale.

Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Antalia

Wholesale. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our

Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

### Products and availability

We are an authorized Canadian distributor of the Barry Callebaut Group. All

products are supplied in original sealed manufacturer packaging. We do not

repack.

Product images are representative. Manufacturer packaging, recipes and

specifications may change without notice. Where a manufacturer alters a

product, we supply the current version.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit

quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

### Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated

otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Case pricing is

applied automatically at checkout where the qualifying quantity is met.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a price or product

description has been listed in error. If an order is cancelled for this

reason, we will notify you and refund any amount charged.

### Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when

we confirm the order has been fulfilled or made ready for collection.

We may refuse or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers or

distributors without an agreed trade account, or that we reasonably believe

to be fraudulent.

### Trade accounts

Wholesale and volume pricing is available on application and subject to

approval. Where a trade account agreement exists, the terms of that agreement

take precedence over these Terms of Service in the event of conflict.

### Shipping, risk and title

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier, or on collection from

our Concord facility.

Chocolate is temperature sensitive. Our Shipping Policy sets out how we handle

warm weather shipping and what we can and cannot guarantee. Please read it

before ordering between May and September.

### Food safety and returns

Opened food product cannot be returned. This is a food safety requirement.

Our Refund Policy sets out what we accept and the timeframes involved.

### Storage and use

You are responsible for storing product correctly on receipt — sealed,

12–20 °C, dry, away from light and strong odours. We are not liable for

deterioration caused by storage conditions after delivery or collection.

Technical guidance published on this site, including tempering temperatures

and application recommendations, is provided in good faith as general

information. Results depend on equipment, environment and technique. It does

not constitute a warranty of outcome.

### Allergens

Our products contain or may contain milk, soya and nuts. Manufacturer allergen

declarations are printed on the original packaging and take precedence over

any information on this site. If you have a severe allergy, verify the

packaging before use.

### Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product specifications accurate, but we do

not warrant that all content on this site is current, complete or error free.

Manufacturer documentation is the authoritative source.

### Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a

product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable

for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or production.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under

applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

### Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario

and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

### Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the

time you place an order applies to that order.
