## Shipping Policy

### Pickup in Concord

Free. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours on business days — we'll email

you when yours is packed. Collect from 401–7250 Keele Street, Concord, Ontario,

Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00, or Saturday by appointment.

### Delivery across the GTA

We run scheduled delivery routes across the Greater Toronto Area. Rates are

calculated at checkout based on your postal code and order weight.

### Shipping across Canada

We ship nationally by courier. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and

destination. Transit is typically 1–5 business days depending on province.

### Warm weather — please read

Chocolate melts at around 30°C, and couriers do not run refrigerated vehicles.

Between May and September we ship in insulated packaging with cold packs where

the forecast requires it. Even so, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will not

soften in transit during a heat wave. Softened chocolate that has re-set may

show a dull surface or pale streaks — this is bloom. It is cosmetic, the

chocolate is safe to eat, and it re-tempers normally.

If you are in the GTA during high summer, pickup is genuinely the better

option. If you are ordering to a hot region, consider ordering early in the

week so your parcel is not sitting in a depot over the weekend.

### Order cut-off

Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are processed the same day.

Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next

business day.

### Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email

order@antaliawholesale.com within 48 hours with photographs and we will sort

it out.
